Operating Ticket Vending Machines: A integrated networking system
Ticket Vending Machines (TVM´s) in fact are the front end of a highly integrated system. Therefore OHU prefers to call it “vending systems”.
These systems are highly integrated; fully complex and all modules are linked on nearly all available types of modern communication channels.
But also “ancient” services like cash-handling, mechanical maintenance and supply of expandable items (e.g. printer paper) are necessary to integrate.
To build and operate an optimized system all of these modules have to be taken in account.

On many occasions OHU analyzed huge TVM-systems, developed new concepts for optimized operating these systems and was fully responsible for the roll-out of this structures and processes.
Many of the systems, OHU implemented the last years, are still operating today the same way we developed and implemented them. It seems that our concepts haven’t been the wrong ones.
